President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily presented the Halff Home Run Award to North Texas Market Leader Brian LaFoy in Halff’s Frisco office, in recognition of his leadership, ownership and commitment to excellence.
The Halff Home Run Award was established in 2020 by former Halff President and CEO Mark Edwards. It recognizes employees who represent the spirit of Halff by leading with integrity, supporting those around them and consistently serving with purpose.
Brian brings these values to life through the way he leads. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, he has helped strengthen client relationships, win impactful work and elevate Halff’s presence across the firm and beyond. In addition to his internal leadership, Brian represents Halff at the regional and national level through his service to the profession. He was elected an NSPE Fellow, the society’s highest honor, recognizing sustained leadership, professional excellence and service to both the engineering community and the public.
“Brian has a rare ability to see the big picture and bring others along with him,” Jessica said. “His strategic leadership has elevated our firm’s profile and positioned us for long-term success.”
Congratulations, Brian, on this well-earned recognition and thank you for the positive impact you continue to make at Halff!
